Allow Chrome to access your webcam
to start video chatting!
Have a webcam, but don’t see “Allow” button?
Continue without webcam
Last Chrome browser updates require you to allow People Roulette to access to your webcam.
If you use Chrome or a Chromium based browser and you already have an installed webcam, please check the following:
Chrome notification bar appears in the top of your browser window?
Click “Allow” to use camera.
Chrome notification bar doesn’t appear?
Go to Chrome Settings by copying
to your clipboard (CTRL+C), opening a new tab, pasting it into you address bar and skipping to step 4 ,or:
Open Chrome Settings
Click “Show advanced settings”
Go to “Privacy” section and click “Content Settings”
Inside the pop up scroll to “Media”
Make sure “Ask me when a site requires access to my camera and microphone” is checked
Click “Manage exceptions”
Remove People Roulette from the list (it will appear as “Blocked”)
In case People Roulette doesn’t appear on the list, please reopen Chrome and select “Allow” in Chrome notification bar to use camera
